9. Prague Men and Women of Literature

Length: 3 hours

At the beginning of the 20th century there was a group of writers who, despite living in predominantly Czech- speaking Prague, wrote in German: M. Brod, the critic, friend and publisher of the lonely and impenetrable F. Kafka, the “angry” journalist E.E. Kisch, the satirist K. Kraus, the writer and journalist J. Uhrzidil, and the lyrical mystic F. Werfel. They left their mark on the city and this tour shows how.

10. In the footsteps of Mozart

Length: 3 hours

The spirit of Mozart lives on in Prague – in the churches where he played the organ, at the Estates Theatre where he himself conducted Don Giovanni, and in the villa Bertramka where he lived and composed. But Mozart was not the only composer to have loved Prague.
