You’ll see many world-famous Prague places of interest, including Prague Castle at Hradèany and St Vitus’s Cathedral, and cross Charles Bridge to have a look at the Old Town Square and its astronomical apostles’ clock etc. Then you’ll have time to look around Wenceslas Square and perhaps do some shopping in Na Pøíkopì and Národní tøída streets. Dinner will follow in the evening and you’ll stay overnight in Prague.

Day 4: Vienna
After breakfast you’ll explore the home of the Viennese waltz in a half-day guided tour. The sights you’ll see will include Hofburg, the State Opera House, Charles’s Church, the Burg Theatre, the Town Hall and the University. Day 5: Vienna – Budapest
After breakfast the tour will take you across the Austro-Hungarian border at Nickelsdorf to Budapest. In the afternoon you’ll get acquainted with the Hungarian capital, which lies picturesquely on both banks of the Danube. You’ll no doubt admire the castle quarter and its Fisherman’s Bastion and Mátyás’s Church, which stands on the Danube, and the Parliament and National Museum in Pest. You’ll have dinner and stay overnight in the city.
Day 6: Budapest – the Danube bend – puszta – Budapest
After breakfast there’ll be an all-day trip starting in the old cultural district nestling in the bend of the Danube. Not far from the capital you’ll find the Hungary you know from films and operetta: here you can enjoy the romance of a real puszta! The culinary peak of your visit will be dinner in a traditional csarda, where you’ll eat and drink traditional food and wines, to the accompaniment of melancholic gypsy music. You’ll then return to your hotel, where you’ll stay overnight.
